Its reach is just a bit limited compared to shonen and because it aired so late at night in Japan its less known there than it should be, and more known internationally than you would expect

I love David Production everything they do it's so amazing I would say that it's too underrated as a studio and would like to see more anime adaptation by them Other studios that have a different energy from common studios for me are Trigger/Gainax I love their art I believe Shaft is capable of anything And Kinema Citrus toooo underrated they have nailed Made in Abyss a perfect adaptation I know that there are other studios that have made a bigger name for themselves but I think people overrate them too much not talking for ufotable These studios need to be more recognized I'm not saying other studios aren't better than those I mentioned but I feel a different art from them

Honestly, some of the lists are something that I disagree with Kyoani, well it's kyoani, they make banger after banger but I'd replace both koe no katachi and violet evergarden with Clannad and K-on. It's Clannad, you will hear people recommend it from gen Y to gen X and hearing they cried after watching it. Any long time anime fans will know if we talk about KyoAni, their mascot anime will be K-On, the one whose artstyle later on is used for so many other kyoanime anime though they modificate the body proportion. Production I.G I agree with Haikyuu but I disagree with psycho pass, as much as I love Psycho pass, I think their most popular one will be Kuroko no Basket. That anime along with Free are the ones who kinda triggered the trend of "good looking guys with bromance here and there being sweaty and doing sport" and many will agree their peak era that make many people know their name is when both KnB and Haikyuu are hype. Sunrise Cowboy bebop is a masterpiece but yeah... there's Gintama, the master of comedy anime and their golden goose. People who are into comedy anime ( and not just the current on going ones ) will at least have heard the series. Pierrot Dudeeeee fr ? Tokyo Ghoul instead of bleach ? I'm not a fan of Bleach but come on, it's one of the big 3 fella.
