... not to be an annoyance, but I think you might have forgotten to pull up your microphone to stereo? Music is on both ears, your voice only on the left... As for the video itself... Love it, thanks for giving us a look at Sushiro... I really hope I can manage to go to Japan one day and visit places like that myself

I'll have look into the microphone and see if I can make some adjustments, as the past years of making videos, no one has brought this issue up. Thank you for making me aware of this and I'll see if i can correct.

@@grifsfoodandtravel It's actually the first time I notice it on one of your videos, all the other ones I have seen seem perfectly fine with the mic (which is usually naturally a mono track with most microphones) just spread over both the left and right stereo track... my guess was something might have gone wonky with the audio on import for editing as the music that was added in edtiting is stereo, it's just the microphone that's panned to the left

@@AragonTigerseye Thank you so much. I looked at my microphone and the setting was moved to stereo. I didn't notice, so some more of my upcoming videos will have this issue. But I have corrected now and future videos after this correct will sound better. Again, thank you for bringing this to my attention!

@@grifsfoodandtravel Hm... not knowing which microphone you use there having it set to "stereo" doesn't necessarily seem wrong... now I just hope I didn't make you change a setting and something else was the reason things went wonky in this video... but I guess we'll see, if your next release also has the mic shifted to the left as well then it probably was the setting on the microphone :>

@@grifsfoodandtravel Well Grif, I did it. Went to the one in Shinjuku and it was as you said. Great sushi, great prices and just a great experience. 21 plates between the 2 of us and lots of great memories. Thanks again for the video.

That’s $7 cheaper than for one person where we like to go. We love it but when it comes to $100 Canadian for two adults and 1 child it’s a rare treat.

I love soyasauce so I let the rice soak as much as posible when I et sushi here in Denmark.

People can eat sushi anyway they want but I believe the standard way is to dip the piece of sashimi in the soy sauce and then put it back on the rice.
