Comic book Thor would easily destroy Wanda with just a little mystical lightning bolt. Or simply overwhelm her with his strength and power. The most powerful version of Wanda ( a Reality Warper) would be obliterated by the the version of Rune Thor. MCU Thor would also obliterate Wanda with his lightning bolts. Thor's lightning bolts are nothing to sneeze at. A lightning bolt that can cut thorough a heavily fortified Asgardiam skyscraper and KO THE unkilllable Hela is the best long range attack of ANY Super Hero in both Marvel and DC. Look, even if Wanda, somehow, lift Thor as she did Thanos with crushing energies- Thor could still call down a lightning bolt that the mortal Wanda won't be able to sense it with her mortal eyes and ears. Speed kills, and Thor has the most lethal attack of ALL Super Heroes and Villains in the MCU and DCU, period!! Even if she gets physically close to Thor, he still can lit his body with pure lightning energies- enough to fried her. Conclusion: Wanda couldn't even set up an attack against Thor when he can strike her with lightning that can travel hundreds if thousands miles per hour from virtually ANY angle. This list maybe accurate based on the MCU, but based on the comic book, Thor is the most powerful. Wanda's chaos magic is the most powerful magic, but overall power in terms of abilities is Thor. He possesses both the powers of Odin and now the powers of Zeus. The MCU will probably continue to nerf him by never giving him the Odin-force, now called the Thor-force.
