But that wastage part isn't totally trash i guess. I mean its not obvious that all the nutrients must be in the juice came out of that grinded seeds. Some nutrients must in the hard parts also. And thats not a small portion. Those should be used , like in parathas or in cookies...etc.

This is not really that nutritional. Most of the nutrition is still in the solids. Only some part of water soluble nutrients will be mixed in to water. And majority of it is just sugared water. Its better to just eat the components a few spoonful of them each day without sugar. That'll be much healthier
