Muhammad is bit different. He is legislator, governor and law maker beside being a prophet. He brought law to the Arab society. His Shariah law was implemented fully/partially in Multiple Islamic dinasties from Rasidhun Caliphate up to Ottoman Empire. In my place, abt 400 hundred years ago, our king started adopting the Islamic concept as the first constitution of the kingdom and it came from this 7th century illiterate guy.
