I can somewhat relate to your views on worklife balance. I am a working women and we are a family of 6 and I did the cooking, cleaning and vessel washing and doing all this in a routine built up lot anger and resentment. I put on weight, I didn’t focus on my skin and when people started to comment on that, again I became irritated. I still don’t have any motivation to focus on myself I am doing all this as a part of routine

Baby my intention is not to remind you ma but wanted to share my feelings ma.... I lost my pug baby nine years ago May 25.... It took me a year for the daily tears to reduce........ Office la kuda will break down for six months.... Even now when I feel low tears come freely...... Am old enough to be your aunty.... So have lot of experience.... Aarthi ma few years ago acute stress la my body weight reduced from 61 to 53! Then lack of digestion increased to 70.... When I lost sooo much weight not a single soul asked me enna aachu.... NOT ONE... Aana when I gain weight pogura varavangalam ketpanga.... Healthy a irundha adhu podum....
