Because no human would use the terms "redefines luxury" and "unparalleled luxury and comfort" and similar tropes for 80% of the entries on the list. Most of these RVs are not special in any way besides being particularly big and fancy. The boats were special, the rest were described in nearly identical words, while each was presented as unique. A human writing this script would notice this contradiction between words and content. An AI just paraphrased marketing materials of each of the products, unaware and unable to reflect on the content. I think a human read the script out though.
