I played Oregon trail on the 5.25 actual real floppy. The 3.5 is a DISKETTE. Also, zip drive and cdrw. Lot of my cds are dry rot now. BTW, flash drives will brick themselves with years of non use, we will at some point be unable to have long term storage.

Phew I'm not old yet. I never used a floppy disk. Earliest thing I ever used was the game boy andvance SP. It had cartridges. I played pokemon fire red in English, a language I didn't know at the time. I was also 6 years old. When they say Pokemon games these days hold your hand too much, I agree. If I could figure it out at 6 years old without understanding the language, anyone can figure out what to do. Trial and error. There's no way to actually lose.
