8:00 the sound comes from a fnaf ARG, a re-enactment of what people think happened to the man behind the slaughter of the kids in Five Nights at Freddy's, the man's name is Afton, William or known better as William Afton, he is calling out for his son Michael Afton, who is the security guard through out the game with several fake names to avoid suspicion. Before the events of Fnaf 3 William was turned into Springtrap after an accident, and during the events of Fnaf 3 someone else than Michael found Springtrap, but in this ARG where the sound comes from, Michael is close-by Springtrap and left him.(idk to the ARG) The sound has then been used in the burning of Springtrap, Springtrap in a jar, a scooper, a youtuber's allegation video meme, etc.
