Nishi one advise, if you really want to live a spiritual and simple life, you can do so even while being in marriage. Cut down all your external pleasures like shopping, movies, luxury travel, eating out, parties etc. Start doing meditation twice a day, eat sattvik, sleep on time, wakeup early, do some sewa daily.
