Welcome to Sea Doo Adventures - Episode 155 - Most Southern Part of Canada!
In this video we have gone for a trip down to Point Pelee Ontario and for this video we are heading out to say that we have been to the furthest south you can go in Canada. There are 27 States that are further north than this part of Canada so that is crazy to think so you know we had to go check it out. Hope you enjoy this video Cheers!
Just want to say hi and thanks to all the new subscribers that have come on board and to all that have been here for a while Thank You All !! Cheers!

Nice one Mark. I had that destination on my list. Maybe next year. Good work with the drone. Pretty touristy spot.

Thanks so much Bob! I highly recommend doing it was a great day on the water. Oh ya lots of tourist but for the main land if you go in the morning its not that bad at all. Wait till part 2 to see all the people there it was crazy. Enjoyed your part 2 from the French. Will put mine out after next weeks one from Pelee island. All the best Cheers!

Great video Mark. Appreciate your effort to share the many great places to ride in Ontario. How many hours on your GTX, looks like it's over 400? Have you had any issues with it? Thanks.

Thanks so very much!! Yes I do enjoy getting out and seeing all the amazing places you can ride here in Ontario and so happy when people get ideas of places to visit. I’m just at around 465 hrs on it and so far no issues. I did replace the wear ring at around 250 hrs just to be safe and will do that again at 500 otherwise no issues at all such a great unit. Thanks again for watching the video and reaching out all the best cheers!

I'm hoping to do the Leamington to Pelee Island trip later this year, or early next year. How long did it take you two to get there? What was your average speed? Looks like you had some pretty decent water, it can get pretty rough on some days!

I was actually planning on going next weekend but yeah I have the same questions.

Nice it is a fun and easy day trip for sure. So from Leamington it took us about 45 min to get out to the main land point but please note that was with us filming. I am sure you could be there in like 20 min. From the main land point over to the island like 20 to 30 min depending on the waves again we stopped at that lighthouse so took us longer. So like we started the day at 10am and were off the water at 6pm but that was with lunch and a swim as well. In next weeks video at the end will have the KM travelled and how much gas was used. Hope that this helps. Thanks again for checking out the video and for reaching out all the best Cheers!

Nice you will have a great time nice place to check out. Hope that info helps but in the end to do the whole ride was less than a tank of gas and the distance was not bad at all. Hope you have a good ride Cheers!

@@MarkForrestAdventures Wow that seems so much easier than I had envisioned haha. I am inexperienced in doing longer trips. I've only done one long trip Starting at LaSalle (next to Windsor) and heading to Kingsville (Next town over from Leamington) which took me around 4 hours round trip, 1 tank of gas. I guess you wouldn't need to fill up gas if you went straight from Leamington to Pelee Island at all.

Sorry for the delay on getting back to you. Hey we all have to start some where I was the same short ones to start and building to 4 day trips. Yes it is a really nice and easy trip to do in a day and yes you can do it with one tank for sure but I alway recommend taking some extra gas with you just to be safe.

Hi Mark, you've had almost 1 season of owning both the seadoo pwc and the switch pontoon. If you could only own one seadoo machine, which would it be?
@MarkForrestAdventures
@MarkForrestAdventures 9 ай бұрын
That is a great question for sure. At this point I would still go with my GTX as it really allows me to explore and I love to to that but I can see that as I get older the switch will be my go to and the GTX will be used less. But if you are looking for a nice family boat but still have the fun of a SeaDoo then the switch is perfect and it has allowed me to take my family and friends out to places that I love and with the space then can now see as well so it really has that going for it. But if I were to go out next season and get something new I would get a GTX ( for now ) thanks so much for the question hope my rambling made sense lol cheers

Nice. Amazing the difference in the chop one side to the other. Is your speed in mph or km?
@MarkForrestAdventures

Thanks so much! Right it was quite different when we went over to there. That's why when I plan I also see if there is land that will help block the wind to make for a better ride. Mine is in KPH so I average at 55 as I have found this is the best speed to film at. Not to fast so things are blurry and not to slow so it does not look like you are not moving lol
