I don’t understand why we need to praise government. We elect them and they ask for our votes promising to improve our lives and get things done. We pay taxes to get things done. If I had the choice to do so, the road would be named Paul Bogle Highway in honour of him. Bogle walked this path from St Thomas to Spanish Town for equal rights and justice for all freed slaves in Jamaica and paid the ultimate price, his life.

It's not free. The Chinese were given over 700 acres of prime land to fund a part of this project. The road is full of sand and gravel everyday. There is an increase in the trucking of the parish's resources from the parish. You used to see about 3 trucks trucking material from the parish, now it is up to 12 much larger trucks. Mining has increased. How is it profiting the people of St. Thomas?

Paul Bogle Highway is very befitting. St. Thomas needed this for a long time and we thought it was impossible. Big up to CHEC and I'm glad that they are putting back the 3 finger Jack Sign. One thing tho, in the populated areas of the highway, the loose dirt is really messing the road

Thanks for the video. Great work. Really appreciate being able to see the roadway as I live in a different part of the country. Good comments as well. Paul Bogle highway would be a good name. Love the median that separates traffic both directions and wish all of it was like that. It would help to greatly reduce accidents and loss of life. Hopefully a four lane highway will be done on the northcoast in the future.

Not a big fan of palm trees for they don’t do much to clean the carbon out of the environment. Would have love if they had planted more large flowering trees instead and less palms but it’s way better than nothing at all.

"Paarei/ EM"' thank you for this excellent and amazing Birdseye view video vlog! Your pictures are as clear as crystal! However, the names that are pick for this main "BLVD" will be ok! And you know what a "BLVD" is! A "BLVD" could be a great four lanes road or could be a big two lanes road with streets and avenues and even lanes branching off of it! Not to mentions streetlights, signal lights, stop signs, Pedestrians sidewalks, crosswalks painting and many more safety for a slower trafficking (40MH) or even more! Well, if you ask my opinion about the opening of this "BLVD" in this quarter of (2024) i think it is a good timing! But if i was the government of "Jamaica" i would do the opening sermon in the last month of the quarter! that would give the contractors time to clean up the street much better and will give it a tidy look! However, you may say to yourself why do, Rupert care well Rupert was born in "Jamaica" that's why he cares! And that's my opinion!🌎🌅🌄🛣👀
