If we talk about dialects, there should be at least Cantonese, Minnan, Sichuan. In fact, prior to the 1980s, the percentage of the Chinese population who spoke Mandarin was not as widespread as it is today, and at least 70% of the population did not speak standard Mandarin (but did not hinder communication). Further back to 1900, during the Qing Dynasty, the people who could speak Mandarin were limited to the Beijing area and the northeast region, and the Qing government did not realize the promotion of Mandarin until the Republic of China government began to officially unify the pronunciation of the national language.。

For Bahasa Indonesia, it is too high until 1950. Then it is too low since 1970. Before 1950 only the educated one who speaks Indonesian. It will be only about 20% can speak the language. After independence, every one has to go to school and it is in Indonesian. So after 1970, majority can speak Indonesian and maybe after 2000, every one can speak it. The ones who never went school either negligible or has died.

Сербский и хорватский языки были придуманы после распада Югославии в 1991 году. @f.g.e.3889 yep 203 million were the numbers of the disastrous 2022 census. They made new projections to correct some errors and now the new estimated population (released in late August) for 2022 is 210 million, updated to 212 million as of 2024.
