I personally struggle to see how Rocket league, Ark, or Rust are considered Indie at this point. at their conception yes definitely, but not Rocket league is backed by Epic, Ark’s developers studio wildcard have picked up a publisher and their team has grown past what i’d consider indie, and Rust is the largest hardcore pvp survival game on the market and is backed by a fairly large studio. they’re AA now, they’ve prospered and grown, and have shed their old indie skin, and it’s only right to acknowledge their success
