So smooth with the pirouette around the pole! Also, Gargoyle is such a fitting name for that move. I think I heard Joe mention it first on Verky's channel. Oh and about backing out of the gargoyle, getting stronger by exercising rear dips seems perfect for this.

Yes Hazal! Great sliding! The visualising prep from Lisa must look bizarre to the general public (or Muggles as seems to be the term used) Also, the transition from Benj to Hazal after the successful slide was SMOOTH! hell yeah. I didn't know pole slides were tricky. I did one of a freight container, friggin bruised me up bad. I was drunk though and wearing tiny shorts and a t shirt. Imma find some real good ones though on actually metal. Fiber glass is like sand paper.
