Back in my primary school, the toilet was an even stranger design. Although the male and female toilets have separate entrances, there is practically no wall in between to separate the two. In addition, since it have been there for decades, many doors are broken and not replaced. As a result, you can often see clearly what the other side is doing... It's really awkward initially, but gradually some people got used to this design and some made cardboard doors of their own...

Yep that cooking spray and insect spray thing happened to me many years ago. I remember writing to the company at the time warning them of the dangers, but they never really did anything about it for a long time. Re the carpet on the stairs, a local bank had carpet so horrifically patterned that it made me feel seasick every time I walked inside. I had to look upwards towards the ceiling so it didn't feel like my head was spinning. At a sporting event one time, I went to the ladies and as I tugged on the end sheet of one of those giant round toilet paper rolls, the entire roll popped out of the case, bounced under the door and rolled away from me. @nadiabiznas8585 When we were stationed in Germany in the mid-1970's, the TP in the public restrooms looked like the brown folded paper towels in some US toilets. It was a little disconcerting to have to pay to even be allowed into one of the few stalls at the restaurant, and then have the attendant hand you one (and only one) of those weird TP sections. I learned from another military wife to always carry a large purse and a partial roll of our brand of TP in my purse. I saw (don't remember which store) that they have Charmin travel-sized rolls of TP now, so that's handy.

Just to say the cross between knife and spoon was used regularly at home for our grapefruits. It helps. And I use it often just as an extra spoon. 🤣 This video gave me some great laughs, so many design mistakes 😂😂😂 I think that cheese grater toilet paper resembles the idea that some cheap toilet paper out there is uncomfortably rough and hurts your butt. And grapefruit spoons are actually a thing, they work great 😉

you know how lying on a bed of nails doesn't hurt ??? clearly the two spiky chairs might have been designed with a similar idea in mind but WHY is the front also pointy ??? . . I just know that would make sitting on that a lot more painful than without it

My wife bought grapefruit spoons with her set of 'Kennett Square' pattern Oneida stainless flatware. They are most useful for avocados that are still slightly unripened.

I definitely don't think it fair to judge the art alongside the rest. Art is conceptual and expressive. The ideas expressed may have been to point out gross hypocrites or other concepts. The rest of the examples were practical examples of idiotic human behavior, eventhoug it may have been humorous.
