The link to the insulation doesn’t work and you didn’t say what kind you’re using. Can you explain what you used?

You had me at “you don’t need that many skills” to do this. 😁

If you cut the 1x3 the same sizes as the insulation piece, you wouldn’t need to cut the insulation. And it would cover more of the wall. And yes they are great corners. lol. Another cool project

There were no sound measurements, only building part. Where is the comparison with commercial options?

I really think that it is a great disservice for you to continue to disperse misleading information for persons believing that you are providing them with factual advice based upon physics and scientific principles of how audio energy is actually transmitted. They will be woefully disappointed. You continue to say you are "soundproofing" rooms, cars etc. To soundproof something means the elimination of unwanted sound from entering or exiting a space. This can only be accomplished through damping, decoupling and or adding mass. Most of what you suggest is usually considered sound/acoustical treatment, and will never result in actual soundproofing. Even then, your acoustical absorbers are way too thin to be able to absorb anything other than the highest levels of the frequency range, and have actual audio reflectors in the middle. At best, your recommendations might make for a more pleasant listening environment with a slight diminution of some of the high frequencies. No impact whatsoever on those low bass notes that are so irritating in a living space. Seriously???

Thank you for your feedback. My content covers both soundproofing and acoustic treatment, including techniques like damping, decoupling, and adding mass. It's clear you watched a portion of one video, but I encourage you to explore more of my content to see the full range of information provided. My goal is to offer practical and effective solutions for various noise issues.

Assuming I know anything about how to build stuff which I absolutely don't! Makes this utterly rubbish.
