This tip is very underrated. This has always been my way of applying for years. It's also a great way if you're acne prone and wearing eye glasses that way so much foundation doesn't get on the rim of your glasses. Good job!

Setting spray and a tiny bit of powder applied to the rim of your glasses is a great trick for that too! I do it with my sunglasses to avoid any smudging or transfer

@@lisamorales81772 I apply setting spray all over then setting powder to “problem” areas once the spray dries. Then I I spray a sponge or brush and go along the rim or nosepiece of the glasses and let it sit a minute to dry, then lightly dust with powder (very lightly!) you should notice a definite decrease in product movement or smudging!

It's crazy how we view others vs how we view ourselves. I literally didn't even notice your acne till you mentioned it and covered them with foundation, and the first thing I thought was damn, she's so pretty! But when it comes to myself, I used to get stressed out to even leave the house without concealer to hide my scars because i felt ugly.

Good for you getting on here without makeup on your super brave!!! Ive also got acne snd never learned to apply makeup because i just wanted a clear face!! But that actually never happened. so now im 43 and i have a 7yr old, and i figure i better learn to put on my own makeup so i can teach her how to apply hers when that time comes! I don't have any sisters and my mom never showed me so i wanted to make sure izz can ask me for help when she needs it! Because shes my only kiddo! So since ive ALWAYS STRUGGLED WITH ACNE I finally got the opportunity to take isotretinoin, which REALLY L HELPED!!! But only for about 10 years. i actually had the clearest face ive ever had!! And i was so totally stoked lol!! But recently thought, it seems like im getting blemishes again. Theyre a lot smaller in size at least, and they dont hurt as much.. but i think theyre coming back because i could only take one round of isotretinoin. I think if i was able to take both rounds i probably would still be clear. But who knows right?! Because of this ive been thinking about another round of treatment if my body can tolerate it... back when i took the first round, the dermatologist said i had cystic acne and that the treatment with isotretinoin was the only thing that would work to get rid of this problem ! All those products and product lines i tried home remedies- not to mention ALL THE $$$ I SPENT !!!!!!!. Only to be disappointed. Even though ive had some acne show through for about the past year or two, Im still so grateful i was able to get the treatment in the first place! And even still my blemishes are much snaller and much less. Now im crossing all of my fingers that Izzy doesnt have the same problem as ive had.. but if she does i think ill encourage her to wear some makeup to cover her blemishes because there are many additives in makeup these days like sacylic acid and other ance treatment components in makeup that wont irritate the problem but can in fact help with obtaining a clear complexion! And also seeing you cover your blemishes helps me realize that makeup can provide coverage to the point where you cant see any blemishes!!! And to me thats pretty amazing!! Thank you so much for sharing your tips and for helping me realize you can really look like youve got a clear complexion!!! Even if your really not as clear as youd like to be..

I think that looks great. I have dry skin and pump foundation so it’s not uncommon for me to use my hands or fingers. Someone said once in a video that she doesn’t like to use her fingers because it makes her face oilier, but I think you’ve just proven how easy it is and works just fine.

Little tips like this make life skills for kids - after my three children, my nanna suggested each time I walk past the clean laundry pile, fold just five things … and put them away. By the end of the end of the day I’ve folded everything and put it all away. Best feeling ever. My kids are all adults now so I don’t have this issue but it was great at the time.
