We posted this video on Wednesday and within two hours KZbin's sensitive, culturally bias algorithm bots restricted it. That means the algorithm found something "unsuitable for advertisers" of course since this is youtube we have no idea what was actually not suitable, therefore we re-edited the video to make it more gentle for thin-skinned viewers who are just realizing that meat indeed comes from animals. If you watched the video already, please consider watching it again or letting it play through while you're on the toilet so all the time and effort that went into making the video isn't completely wasted. @roybenas4 жыл бұрын
@Arman Yes, I understand, I know there is a great tradition in Iran but I also see that despite the antiquity of tradition, the diversity of the products counts, the imagination in using them. For example, I see that rice is continuously used in Iran, we in Italy have many different varieties of rice that have specific use for each dish. For example, we have pasta of all types and shapes filled and unfilled. Each city has its own pasta suitable for each different sauce. For the first courses we have rice, pasta, polenta, gnocchi with all kinds of condiments because Italy goes from the depth of the Mediterranean and almost African and Middle Eastern products to the alpine ones ... We have no food taboos and we also use the pork that has a thousand different uses and products. We use alcohol that is integrated into food and sweets in a thousand different ways. We have traditions that originate from the Italic peoples prior to the Romans. Specific ancient grains that I grow only in some areas. We have a higher and more sophisticated use of fish. We use ancient and modern cooking techniques (modern because we invented them!) To make sweets and breads of all kinds. We have a thousand types of cheeses, a thousand different types of wine. We have a much more varied use of spices, in Iran saffron, cinnamon and turmeric are used everywhere. So yes, I believe that cooking in Iran is a great kitchen and has a great tradition but I don't think there is a better and more varied and healthier cuisine than the Italian one. Let's stay friends anyway ! ;)
