The rubbing alcohol in the perfume bottle.....spot on! When I worked at the makeup counter I had a "Karen" of my own. She even tried to return a lash and brow brush that looked like she had just scrubbed her entire bathroom with. It maybe had 4 teeth left and the bristles were all flattened and going in every direction. Even though the store's policy was to take ANYTHING back, I couldn't bring myself to do it. I looked at it, handed it back and said, "sometimes it's just time to buy a new one" and she left. Best day ever! :) Thank you for such an accurate and hilarious retelling of what its really like!
