I also tried similar thing. 1. Most Wanted Redux 2.3 2. Relentless Cops (V5) To make the cops way harder than normal. 3. Maximum Cop Probability Every race, including blacklist races can trigger pursuit. 4. NFS MW Rework I only use files within TRACKS folder. To make the world more HD. 5. Mod that makes Cops and AIs avoid spikestrips (at least try to) And, BOI, these mods make my NFS experience way, WAAYYY, better!!!

One issue with the Redux mod is that many started cars don't have started upgrades, so you are stuck with a stock car and have to change for another one. That being said, I consider this the best mod of the game in terms of gameplay!
