If your friends are calling you a fat ass all day and more, he won't have the mental clarity to be able to focus on his goal. With that said, Jeff literally threw him into this challenge he barely had a choice. It's obvious that he doesn't want to do the challenge because he didn't set his mind to it willingly in the beginning. He shouldn't be blamed for that he should be encouraged to make better decisions

Yeah but not coming from a friend/equal. Jonah needs professional help that Jeff can’t provide. I think Jeff is just adding to the same by the way he speaks to Jonah in this video. Obviously there’s more going behind the scenes they we don’t know about, but during this video Jeff’s behavior to Jonah seems damaging.
