The fragrance from dubai is called Safari by Abdul Samad Al Qurashi. Top notes of Vanilla Absolute, Ylag Ylag ad Jasmine. Mid Note White woods, Agarwood, Musk, and Wild flowers. Base note Tea leaf, spicy, pine and seaweed.

I wear fragrance based on mood, what I’m wearing and where I’m going. I can’t wear anything including sweats without wearing some fragrance even to bed. Layering is everything. I’m more into niche now because I’m always open to something new & different. Plus if I’m out with friends not a single person will smell like me!

I went to Dubai last month and bought quite a few fragrances. The MFK 724 was one 🤩 the oils were amazing at the souks. There was one named Abu Dhabi flower in Abu Dhabi that was so beautiful.

Bois de Balincourt is a banger. So is Black Saffron, but I feel like Byredo has no longevity. Mojave Ghost from Byredo is also lovely - it also has Vetiver & Sandalwood notes

My favorite fragrance surprisingly to me is Dedcool Taunt. Chileeeee. Soft enough to wear to bed but sexy. Melts into your natural scent and gives oh she just smells like that. Not perfume forward. Fresh out the shower?! Omg love it.

I’m catching up on vlogmas and I really enjoyed it and can tell you had a ball making this content for us 🤎. I’m a big fragrance lover and rotate mine but when I love something you can tell by the dent!! Byredo was one of the houses that kept coming up for me as well but I haven’t found one that works for me. I have rose of no mans land in the cream but I’m thinking about purchasing vanille antique. You should def check out more Arabic fragrances and maybe even dyptique I think they’d have something for you based on what you like. Loved the sweaters you picked up can’t wait to see the looks this winter 🤍✨

I absolutely love sandalwood and it’s my fav note in a fragrance as well. One of my current favs is Abbott’s Sequoia. I’m going to try to find that Dubai fragrance oil for the both of us, so stay tuned lol!! I’m going to have to pull the trigger on that black saffron as it’s been sitting in my Nordstrom cart for the longest. Hey Girl, hey! Lovin your perfume informational. I was born into fragrances as well. My Dad, who raised me as a single parent, always brought me perfume. I was 10 years old with a perfume collection. I went to Morocco in Oct, and the oils I purchased from there are soooo good. Better than my Dubai oils. I get compliments every time I go out. And they last alllll day. No re-ups. Vanilla is my go to base mixer... However, I am a big believer that no matter how good it smells in the bottle it has to mix well with your body chemistry. Some folks don't get that and be smelling stank. 🫢🫣

I wore Egyptian Musk oil almost exclusively from 1992 to 2022--as I approached my 30's perfumes bothered my allegeries...nearing 60 I am finding that I can tolerate perfume again Yay me!!!! MKF 724, Grand Soir, Gentle Fluidity Gold and Baccarat Rouge 540 and Bond No. 9. I'm watching this for the 2nd time in two days--looking for a daily work scent for 2024.

Tashira, I really enjoyed this vlogmas about fragrance. I have a question though. How do you determine which fragrances to mix? Is it a common note between the two scents or just luck of the draw? I'm not sure if Tashira answered you but I go by the notes..top, middle and bottom. For instance for me, I've been enjoying Rose notes..today I wore Philosophy Ballet Rose and layered it with Marc Jacobs Eau So Fresh..one of the notes in that perfume is Rose..I got sooo many compliments..so long story short just read the notes and if the fragrances have similar notes or at least one then it will compliment the other one
