Every time I listen to Motörhead I think of a buddy of mine I only new for a short while. First conversation we had was about Motörhead when this record came out and how bad ass it was. He died in a car accident less than a year later. In his favorite Motörhead shirt I later found out🤘

This seems to be the Spades-like of this album. Not a bad thing at all. It's pretty common to criticise Lemmy for writing such similar songs, but what he really did is write a lot of different songs of the same basic type, bringing in a series of genres and ideas - not needing to change everything to say something new.
