So mine arrived this morning not impressed at first...but by this afternoon they had definitely improved and the bass was there. There's no doubt that these little buds need to be run in like new hi-fi speakers.... Sound does improve over time.... I also like the wide sound stage .. and voices mostly in the middle of my head... Detailed sound and improving too.. I shall persevere also it IS important to select best size grommets for your ears.... Does make a difference. PE

Absolutely, you should try the other ear tips to make sure they create a good seal in your ears. They could come out sounding a bit tiny as a result of the accentuated high notes. Hey M.G., sound wise I would say they are comparable to the Lenovo SE-631's I just reviewed a couple of weeks ago but this ones have way more bass. The 631s do have the edge in call clarity and a portable case.

To adjust the volume, quickly double tap the right earbud to increase or the left to decrease the volume. If you don't tap quickly enough you'll be cycling through Play and Pause. So, day 2 with my io9s most impressed!! Big improvement in sound quality from yesterday.. bass too I think they will become my favourites and this morning I charged up my smartphone...again impressed!! Important to get right sized ear grommets and positioned properly

Does it have a app/software to make adjustments or to ping/chirp the earbuds if you misplace one? Samsung buds have software that allows you to find a missing bud.

@Day, Sadly no, they would really benefit from an app that would let you create your own custom EQ settings and all those extra bells and whistles that Samsung and LG earbuds have. Then again that would've probably increased their $30 sweet price point. Personally the i09s have quickly become my daily drivers, specially since I can adjust the volume directly through them. Hey Gio, they can be used in the shower, pool etc and are resistant to heavy water sprays. To be honest, I can't confirm right now how the mic would work after being wet but it's something I can check for you.

I put the i09s to the test and made a call while under a heavy water stream. I could hear the other person perfectly but she said I sounded pretty far away. At one point, she wasn't able to hear me at all. Under those conditions, I would say they are better suited for listening to media than phone calls. Appreciate the feedback and thanks for watching.

Hello, please can you advise how to charge the charging case? I connected the type C USB cable and it shows 0% and the ear plugs are not charging. To charge the charging case, if I was to connect to a power source like a PC or a laptop, do I insert the type C cable port or the USB port into the PC/laptop

Hi slowca14, There are so many variables, but I will try my best to help you. Are you trying to charge for the first time? Have you tried a different cable and charging block? The USB C connector on your cable needs to be plugged into the USB C port on the right side of your case, otherwise it won't charge. Regular USB port on the opposite side can only be used to charge other devices. Hope this helps!

I followed your instructions above and connected the USB C connector to the USB C port on the right side of the case and left it for few hours and it doesn’t do anything.

@@slowcal4 Cool. If the indicators light up while plugged, the case then must be receiving some charge. Have you been trying to charge only by connecting to your computer? If so I would try using a charging block instead like the one you use for a cellphone for example and see if that works...

Sorry for the late reply Colin. Been tied up working on the next video. I've been using the i09s as my daily driver and never had that issue. Did you clicked "Forget" and removed them from the "Available Devices" list on your device's bluetooth settings and tried reconnecting?

@@ReadySetGOTV No problem honestly didnt expect a reply lol, but ive tried constantly unpairing and repairing, using different phones, restarting all the phones, and putting them back in the case after unpairing. I did like the manual states and pulled them out and waited for them to flash slowly indicating that they paired to each other. (The manual is in broken english but i feel fairly confident this is what they meant) no matter what i do it always pops up on the phone as 2 i09 options one for left and one for right, i already know this is a issue as all earbuds ive seen on the internet should only have one option, but if i connect to both as seperate devices they play only in mono mode. It feels like they need to be reset or something like that but i cant find information on tgat

@@colinmcgill2291 It seems like the earbuds can't connect to each other in stereo mode, hence why you see 2 available devices listed. If you're still under the 12 month warranty period I would reach out to them, your buds might be defective. I agree with you the instructions manual is not helpful at all.

Hi Tony, Case charges with a USB C cable. Make sure you connect to the USB C port instead of the USB port on the opposite side.

@@ReadySetGOTV Hello I just wanted to let you know that on Amazon I was trying to find the best low budget earbud quality and when I found this one I liked the blue led design which was this one on the video but it coated $30+, I found another earbud that was cheaper and so I bought it which was the mees branded kind but if I find any difficulties about it I would return it to Amazon and get the i09 :)

@@ReadySetGOTV ok so I got the earbuds today from Amazon and once I charged it 1st and then wore it, for a certain time like for example: I went to tiktok and scrolled some videos, the audio would sometimes play the audio before I scroll to another video and sometimes it will play from 1 earbud for a second and then another... it's a little bit annoying but the sound quality is good 👍🏽 I really liked the design as well. also you would might have to put either one or just both and then pull right back out to turn it on... it's a bit annoying when doing that. (sorry if some of my grammar makes no sense)
