I no its sad to see managers lose there jobs this is a very hard leauge especially comming up from the championship managers like him need at least a season just to get used to the pl managers don't get the time to play his style of play Southampton don't have the cash to bring in top players Gary o Neil is different he has had a couple of seasons in the pl and I don't understand why some spurs fans call for anje to get sacked we have been very unlucky at times we have lost our best players to injuries we only have youngsters and acadamy players to come in I've said it from day 1 when anje took the job it wouldent be until the 3th seadon that we will see Tottenham at there very best when the youngsters and the acadamy players get the season under them experience and with 1 or 2 players in January and around 2 or 3 in the summer witch anje will be going for more experienced pl players we will be right up there challenging for all the big thropies next season the 3th season we even have a chance of lifting a thropy or 2 this seadon wich would be a big bonus this is why every spurs fan should be patient were only into there 2th season and what anje has done for this club is amazing got rid of all the players he didn't need Brough in some very good young talent and brought up a couple of acadamy players and we have 3 exciting young players on loan who look fantastic especially that guy from Croatia vuskovic beast , the young Korean playeryan m8n hyeok, jamie donelly, Velindre, AshleyPhillips, lankshear, tyrisHall, George abbot Alfie Dorrington, gunter and let's not forger mikey Moore what a talent but all of these players are some of the best in Europe right now do that's why I keep saying it will be the 3th season before we challange the big team for the thropies we will have a very strong bench next season plus and all these guys especially the likes of moore, vuskovic, lankshear, Veliz will step straight into the squad and with the players we have allready we will be a very strong talented team next season I can't wait to see vuskovic, most excited for him the most hos a monster and can score goals aswellso that's my take on next season if Tottenham were to sack anje this season it would be the biggest loss we have ever had at Tottenham anje has hand picked all these young players at least give the manager to see his prodgect trough he is building his squad of players for the future and the future is next season what a team we will have wermer won't be here we still have Wilson to come in I've always believed that spence would be a great player and he foes it everyime he plays and gunter is another great talent do there's alot to look forward to next season I tealy believe we will challange city, chelsea, Liverpool, arsenal, for everything we have beaten dome of the big sides this season all these Yong talent will have the experience of a season now and can only get better next season so asking spurs fans be patient with anje he will deliver we ate depleted this season and were getting g some great results and the best outfall in the pl 2yhosy goals scored 4th best defence in the pl and ya we lost a few games we should have won at least 4 games but that's the youngsters learning by making mistakes because there so young they all will be ready for next season

It’s not hard to figure this out the best teams spend because they have heaps of money the lesser teams no money always are struggling , let’s put a ceiling cap on teams then the teams will be even .

Southampton should have tons of money. Looking at the list of players the have made during the last 20 years you would have thought they would be financially sound to at least be able to back their own club.
