MOTHER: Cognitive Dissonance - Final Boss (HARD MODE)

I think I'm the first one to ever publish the ending on Hard Mode... I THINK... Too bad there's no special reward at the end for clearing it. But hey! It's worth it!
Took me a while to finish Hard Mode, I'll admit that I was pretty overleveled and with overpowered weapons. Better safe than sorry...!

Lance Curry He outright states that it hurts as part of his dialogue. And he will also say that it feels good. He says he’s happy, but he also says that he’s incredibly sad. I think once he transformed into Giygas, He became so evil and so powerful that his entire form is just pure, undefinable chaos. He both exists and doesn’t exist, he is in unmeasurable pain, and in unmeasurable pleasure, he is both dead and alive, he is a mindless beast, he probably can’t even understand anything anymore, but he doesn’t even care. He doesn’t have the ability to care anymore. But in the end, he is done in by being forced to feel again, which causes him immense pain due to that bringing up the memories he tried to cast out of his body, and since he is a being made of psychic energy, the re-emerging guilt and despair he feels for betraying his mother *LITERALLY DESTROYS HIM.*

You mean Ninten. Giegue is the antagonist from the FIRST Mother game. He never met or knew Ness (at least while his mind was intact). And yeah, if you paid attention at all in this game, Niiue is Giegue. He used his immense psi to force all the good feelings out of himself. If you look at the official artwork of Niiue, he’s clearly wearing Ninten’s clothing.

It varies. Sometimes it's right on the money and sometimes it's pretty obvious it's something that wouldn't ever be in the franchise. A lot of the dialogue is a lot edgier than what would be in the series. It's not bad overall though and the story itself is pretty good.

But, we know four plucky kids who can handle this mess.
