I have a situation where my mother died without a will and my fater is in an assisted living with demetion and stage 4 prostate cancer. It hS spread to lymph noes. One of my 3 siblings is orchestrating this plot against me the eldest son. They do not consider me a brother. On paper I am. My parents want everything to be divided equally between the 4 of us. But because of there hatred toward me they have done ipposite of what my parents wanted. Per my sister she and my siblings are POA's. I haven't seen documentation, there is a document that is signed by my sisters making them trustee on the house and the family belongins. They have already not divided the tangible things like cars, furniture, jewelry etc... with me and the house just sold for aprox. 255K. I only want was is due to me as a son also. But they are underhanding the whole situation. Im not sure the documents they have are leagal or forged. Before my mother passed she told me she didnt know what she might have signed she had demeyia also. My dad ar the time of signing paperwork was at his worst dementia. I want my sister and brothers to be accountable to me and show me legal documents. And expect my part as a sibling. Thank you.

After the person whose is deceased I know that the POA IS NOT VALID AND WITHOUT UNQUESTIONABLE DEFINITE EXPOSURES TO A. W❤ILL AND TESTAMENT TO 😂 SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE LEGAL SIGN AND REGISTRATION on State files by the legally responsible party. The Court probate is the only way to make sure you are all OF THE agreed on the involved party. Ok I am going through the same thing now but I have found out that My family has been doing everything except legally responsible and the funds to pay for upkeep hasn't happened yet now Mom is gone and I have been normalized for 41 year's and not a dollar bill since I was 24 I'm 62 now but I have been here with Mom and raised my own Two children and their gone and I am still here with anxiety about being trapped by my own sister's and brothers who don't care about the house I have nowhere else to go. They took a loan for a third of value and I am harassed weekly for the lender to get out His house, I need help getting the right to peacefully live at home. MY girl has been doing it since I had to quit working

OK what if you inherited property with your sister or brother and the house is the house is in decent shape but still need some repair some repair and you got a praisal for a $165000 of the cost of the house but the sibling doesn't talk to you or negotiate with you at all to buy the person out I have a lender that will buy well by my sister out but she is not talking or even giving me a number she wants so what do I do

Mother died when i was 8 years old my dad gets remarried 1984 not in church , then recently got remarried in church again it was done by many in that church , now my dad died and decided not to put me on will with new spouce .It,s very decieving when this money is being floating around to new spouces,it should stay in family with same blood first and not passed down to the unknown ?

It should go to whoever the person who earned it wants it to. Blood doesn't mean anything at the end of the day. Clearly there's a reason he didn't peave it to u lol weird u think you're entitled to it for nothing

If this house is sold in Savannah who distributes the funds and who makes sure its done correct

In Wisconsin, the Personal Representative (called Executor in other states) would be responsible for selling a house and distributing the funds if the house passes under a Will or if the person dies without a Will (intestate). So if the house is going through probate someone will have to file paperwork to open the probate process with the local probate court to get the estate administration started.

What do you do with the presence of your own sister and brother who just died March 25,2024 . He is buried and I just got the info from the network May 5,2024 and I have witnessed the brutal force of my sister who kidnapped Mom and kept her the last 3yrs. She is not above murder I found out that our dad died in 2021/22/Nov, on December 28,2021. My mother is alive and I need to be able to find her and I don't know how My father or brother who are in the ground and I have never been able to know. Our uncle died in 2021 and at the funeral My sister called the police and told them that I was in the service with a gun and I was going to kill her.
