Thank you Luis for this video. My favorite part was the daughter telling her Mom to love herself for who she is. Her Mom actually apologized. I wish reality was like that. My dad fat shamed. I developed an eating disorder. Doctor said I could have died. Thanks to treatment, therapy, and learning about self love and self acceptance, I'm free. I love myself and my body the way it is. Not in a conceited way. The world would be a better place if we could all accept each other and not judge by focusing on imperfections of others. We are all beautiful in our own way.

Everyone is beautiful and people should stop relying on what society wants people to look like and start loving how they look themselves. The dumb thing I find about this is if you thow up after every meal you eat or if you constantly skip meals and your starving will make your body go into starvation mode you cells will rage and expand doing this just makes you fat excersicing is the best way to loose wait of course this doesnt take "one week" or "two weeks" some people take 1 or 2 years most people takes maybe 2 or 3 months also drinking lots of water and putting creams on your skin will make it smooth the girls who have the rib cage showing their stomach is a bad influence eating healthy doesnt make you skinnier but its good for health junk food makes you have a bad health and is really bad for your body what I reccomend doing if you want to lose weight is eat as much as you want that gives you energy for breakfast and lunch or if your having brunch same thing make it healthy for dinner you can have garden salad, yogurt, fruits etc. because in the morning/afternoon you walk and go to the store or walk to school or do something psychical at night you just watch a movie then go to sleep which isnt doing anything good for your body which makes you gain wait eat as much food as you want for breakfast and lunch/brunch and then for dinner anything light this is my reccomondations also impressing a man shouldnt be a priority in life impress yourself.

I tell my daughter that she is beautiful but more importantly she is kind. The kindness she shows other people (especially kids who are bullied in her school) will last forever. Beauty fades eventually. Some of the most “beautiful” people I’ve met have had ugliness inside.
