That is awesome!! What is your eating window? Do you keep your carbs at 20 net or whole? I am thinking about giving keto a go myself...
@belami_irl85432 жыл бұрын
@@amymay2442 …hey Amy, I keep my carbs under 20. The first several days eat ONLY meat (about 5 to 6 ozs) or eggs (protein) for about 4 to 5 days until you go into ketosis. Buy ketone strips at your drugstore or grocery store to measure your ketone’s in your urine to make sure your into ketosis. Once your in full ketosis ADD salads. Only put a small amount of keto friendly vegetables on your salad (very few veggies are keto friendly) and a keto salad dressing or olive oil and vinegar. Eat NO sugar, bread, flour…basically no white stuff. Drink only water (at least a gallon) a day. You can drink black coffee and tea too. It’s only hard the first 4 days then your not hungry anymore. You won’t even crave anything if you stick to the keto rules. KZbin has everything you need to know about Keto. Hope you have success…you can do it!!!😁

What strikes me is when overweight she had to be a different person and that person didn’t have the right to be celebrated. Even the hosts response was down cast at the heavier picture. She should be celebrated at any weight. Celebrating someone’s personal milestone for them …yes. Saying that her body made her less than at one point … no
@lovelyone16752 жыл бұрын
It’s okay to call a thing a thing. A lot of times you are a different person when you are morbidly obese. You can’t do and move like you want…or you may not even feel like it at all. no one called her a bad person when she was fat and no one called her a good person when she became thin. But, there is a big difference and why would she be celebrated about her weight at 130 pounds overnight??
@lee48lee682 жыл бұрын
@ Nashdogmom- People deserve love at any weight but obesity should NOT be celebrated. She is definitely a different person now. It takes a certain mindset to not only lose weight but to tone and achieve an athletic body. She achieved more than weight loss and that should be celebrated.
@sarahbabic50902 жыл бұрын
From what I saw, they were just celebrating her success... of course she is a person with value at any weight, but when she was morbidly obese that was a bad thing. It's ok to celebrate someone becoming a better person by being healthier.

Yes, intermittent fasting works but if you don’t eat properly when you’re supposed to, the weight loss can be drastic and you’ll find yourself trying to gain weight again because rapid weight loss is a cause for concern to some people. Not eating quickly is a big one. If you purposefully have conversation while eating, it helps to not eat as much. And your body is able to feel full on less food because you give it time to register the amount of food in your belly!😊
