I feel like this song is criticizing everyone who is too busy arguing about the earth and our purpose (religion vs religion vs lack of religion), to realize that no matter life‘s origins, the world is still spinning, and the people who like to cut each other down for their beliefs need to consider that their own beliefs could be incorrect as well. In the end, life goes on, and our lives are short, so we should just try to enjoy life for what it is and follow our own happiness instead of spending it trying to prove something that will be perpetually unknown to other people who have their own beliefs of the earth. That’s just what I got out of it though, I apologize for being too philosophical about this one song. I just think it’s really good, and there should be more people talking about it. What is everybody else’s interpretation of this song, I’d like to hear it.
