Mother of Chad Daybell Reveals She Was Shocked Finding Out About Lori and Chad’s Marriage

Chad Daybell’s mother, Sheila Daybell, took the stand on Thursday afternoon, expressing her concern about her son and how quickly he had moved on from his wife, Tammy. Sheila said she thought that Lori wasn’t Chad’s type and was extremely different from who Tammy was. She continued to discuss her relationship with the couple.

They’re not asking why he killed her because this is the trial to determine whether he killed or not. Remember, no matter how guilty someone seems, they are always presumed innocent until a jury or judge determines their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. He’s been charged with these murders, but not convicted yet.

Prior is leading the witness. What he doesn't realize is jurors are smart. They are given juror instructions to follow. Just like opening statements, Prior's statements are not evidence. It's so obvious. If jurors don't believe part of someone's testimony, they'll just toss that witness' testimony completely. Prior is not helping Chad, particularly this week.
