Oh yes. Have loved Lucy for years. I thought she was perfect 5 years ago, but she is still getting even better. And she is such a lovely person from a lovely family. You said she might be from the north. I'm not familiar with the UK, but she is from Wigan. She has released about 5 CDs. This was her first large public performance, earlier this year.

Thank you both for reacting to Lucy Thomas. The video you reacted to was her first song of her first ever major concert. She just completed her third concert in London’s West End. Fans travelled from all over the world! She received a total of 8 standing ovations and a 5 star review. Lucy is approaching 1 million subscribers on her UTube channel. At 14 she was considered a vocal protege. At 15 she was considered good enough to star on the West End/Broadway. At 16 she did a cover of “Hallelujah “ which was the best and most beautiful cover ever recorded, now at 52 million views and a Billion on Tic Tok. She has had extensive vocal training but has been self taught since the age of 14. She is now widely called a once in a generation singer!

Thanks for posting a reaction to the Incomparable Lucy Thomas! She just turned 20 prior to this concert - which took place in March this year. This was her first song of her 1st public concert. She has been singing for over a decade and has over 70 releases & 5 albums on her main music channel. I believe she is the best vocalist in the world right now - I hope you will react to some more. Her studio release of Hallelujah (at 16) is her most viewed release. Unchained Melody would be a high recommendation as well. Thx

Hello, Ladies. Lucy Thomas has the most beautiful voice I have ever heard. She is 20 yrs old and highly trained, with outstanding breath support and vocal pitch awareness and control. I suggest Lucy's audition recording of "One Day" done for Chris Broom of Cavendish Records. She is 13-14 years old here and you will see why she was signed to a record deal soon after. Search KZbin "One Day - Lucy Thomas". and be prepared to be amazed. Next, what may be her first video for Chris Broom "She Used to be Mine". In September, she sang for a charity in Tokyo and then recently (22 October 2024) she had her West End debut at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. See Jeremy Graham’s five star review in the Musical Review. Lucy is phenomenal and is the best singer ever in my opinion. We traveled from Tennessee to London just to hear her sing. Great reaction ladies to 20 year old Lucy's first ever solo "live" concert in Manchester earlier this year. Since then she's done one in Tokyo Japan and one in the Theatre Royal Drury Lane London. Next year she is due to star in a brand new musical written especially for her on London's West End stage called "Rosie." After appearing on the "Voice Kids" Lucy was invited to sing the song "One Day" by the composer and owner of the Cavendish record label Chris Broom at his recording studios. After hearing her stunning performance Chris said, "I believe that Lucy has the potential to be the best female singer in the world." There's a video on utube of her singing this song that you both really must react to, in my opinion it's the birth of an international superstar. Also wait until you hear her covers of Whitney Houston and Barbara Streisand songs, check out "Run To You" and "Evergreen" they are fabulous.

Lucy is from Wigan,i see you have a load of info already,anyway this was Lucy's first major concert at the Stoller hall Manchester back in March,she had just turned 20,"Somewhere" was her opening song at the concert & she was obviously a little nervous!,now 3 concerts down,her 2'nd was in Tokyo where she raised money for Earthquake victims,her last just recently at one of Andrew Lloyd Webbers venue's in the West end' where she received 9 standing ovations ( inc one as she appeared on stage),she had a 32 piece orchestra behind her & shared 2 #'s with her younger sister Martha who joins her occasionally,they have recorded several duets together!.Lucy will be starring in a new musical "Rosie" that has been in the pipeline for a few years,it has been written by Chris Broom of 'Cavendish records'who signed Lucy up at the age of 14 after seeing her on 'The voice kids',what a gem he unearthed!,Lucy's last 3 releases have been 'I dreamed a dream' One moment in time' & 'Unchained melody' all are stunning!,Lucy is a 'one in a million' find!,a stunning vocalist & a "beautiful soul".😊

I would suggest, you check out Lucy, on her younger age, the song "Run" from snow patrol, at 10 years old and then at 15! At 16 years old " Hallelujah" and Unchained melody, at 19. I've just subscribed, so I have the right to suggest. My 'other' best singer in the world, apart from Lucy, is Floor Jansen. You must listen to ' Lanternlight ' from Nightwish. This is a departure from what you expect from Nightwish - it is very lovely and could move you to tears. The composer wrote it after his father passed away.

Hmm, Lucy Thomas is not an after dinner performer, she is waaaaaaaay beyond that. But, you are correct, Lucy is a classically trained singer. However, there are no genres Lucy cannot cover. Try reacting to the Babs cover "Evergreen" and as a contrast, Lucy's rendition of Aerosmith's rock ballad " I don't want to miss a thing" Her latest release "I dreamed a dream" from Les Mis, has had nearly 1.5 million views. Lucy Thomas is a phenomenon that in the not too distant future, is going to take the world by storm. Oh, by the way, if you would like to hear, arguably the best rendition of the "Prayer" then go no further than 17 year old Lucy and her 12 year old sister Martha's performance. It's a masterclass performance.
