We can always find stuff to do in Los Barriles. In this episode we roll over to the Hotel Palmas de Cortez and enjoy a nice breakfast for Mother's Day with Lorena and her mom. Tico's Restaurant is a great spot for breakfast. Their patio has amazing views of the Sea of Cortez.
After breakfast we take a walk in downtown Los Barriles to find a cup and get some ice cream at a local Los Barriles favorite, Artesanio Tony's.

Yes, it does. We had been traveling North America full-time since Dec 2016 and this is the longest we've spent in one area since. We did spend a year and a half in Orlando between June 2021 and Sept 2022 before rolling down here. Our plan is to spend winters down here and summers up in the United States somewhere.
