Yes, it does. We had been traveling North America full-time since Dec 2016 and this is the longest we've spent in one area since. We did spend a year and a half in Orlando between June 2021 and Sept 2022 before rolling down here. Our plan is to spend winters down here and summers up in the United States somewhere.

We live about 3km north of town.
