Hey guys! In this video we talked about many different things. First we spoke a little about COVID-19 and how it has impacted our lives, Then we spoke about mental health and how it in[acted both of our lives collectively and as an individual. Lastly we spoke about negativity and how people on the internet can be keyboard gangsters.

@Charpai My heart hurted whenever she questioned whether she’s a celebrity or not. The “Coko” who was out singing all of the other girl groups and majority of the solo artists back in the day? The same Coko where so many artists questioned if her voice was real because her sound was so unique and beautiful? It’s just so sad how SWV does not get the flowers they deserve for the impact they made in this music industry. There were only 3 best selling R&B girl groups in the 90’s. (TLC-1st, SWV-2nd, EnVogue-3rd). TLC gets their flowers and so does EnVogue, but apparently they just skip over the 2nd best selling group?

I really love this podcast and I LOVE the relationship that you have with your son. There is no doubt that I am moody but I blame it on me being a Capricorn 🙄. So many people with mental health issues do not seek help. I know a few people who are undiagnosed. I totally understand about the negativity. People has made comments about my son and TRUST me...... Covid times were tough cause I moved in with my parents to look after them and keep them indoors but I don't get along with my father. The tension was building up. But luckily I follow Sadhguru the mystic yogi and I try not to think, to always have an empty mind and it took me awhile to clear my thoughts but now I'm there. I try to always be in the moment. All suffering comes from the mind. Yoga and healthy eating keeps my body and mind strong. And having my own space is important. Being playful and silly is very important. Never stop that! Don't let anybody say never be silly. Moments of joy comes from silliness. Cause being serious is like being dead. That's where the term dead serious comes from. Low vitamin D makes people moody especially in winter time so people check you levels every 6 months. Great commentary and chemistry, it's fun, playful and insightful. Never forget singing brings us joy. So keep bringing us joy you guys.
