if i'm not mistaken and i probably am. i think play it where it lays came from golf where instead of being able to pick up the ball and move it to a more favorable spot from a poor one within limits you had to continue from where ever it ended up or "play it where it lies/lays" but dont quote me on that lol

***** Unfortunately, the hizz was always there.. just harder to make out when the sound is so low. Also, the levels between where the movie volume was, the music volume, and the on-the-couch review were way off in the original upload.I think I should see about getting some better sound equipment in the future, in any case.

She is not more recognized then Godzilla or Gammra hell she only got popular after her run ins with Godzilla as her original solo movies before the crossover only just scrapped by enough to make the sequels that led to it. After that she was seen and known as GODZILLA'S partner. Tho never made much sense as they fight each other more often then not. Mothra wouldn't be anywhere without Godzilla. Hell same goes for Gammra being Gammra was riding the coat tails of Godzilla's success. Being seen as the Hero kaiju to Godzilla's original title of Force of Nature Kaiju until godzilla himself become more a hero in later series. Lastly Mothra tho named Mothra is actually based around a moth and a Butterfly aka her wings and big eyes. She was given the name Mothra (Mosura in Japanese tho is an exact translation apparently) sounded better then Butterflyra
