Frickin' Awesome! Now that's a plane! But you guys need to offer a line of more realistic pilot figures for our planes. I buy the few "Aces of Iron" figures they make, to make my planes really pop!
@MotionRC4 жыл бұрын
yeah, but we don't mind some of the smaller companies that specialize in those getting a piece too ya know? I am going to throw a wash on this figure and detail it best I can. See if I can get it to pop more

@MotionRC2 жыл бұрын
The Top RC kit is nice, but this kit includes the electric retracts which are about a $700 additional price on the Top Flite to compare. But either way, prices for everything have gone up everywhere, just the nature of the world at the moment.

Those servos are the bottom of the barrel and as an experienced gas flyer I would not use those. You should reccomend digital 150 oz + servos for 50cc and bigger. Remember these planes are dangerous when not built correctly!!!! Lives depend on it!!!!
@MotionRC4 жыл бұрын
Have these servos in all my balsa aircraft currently. They work great for me, but to each their own

They are using a standard dummy engine plate. Unfortunately it's wrong. Its a 9 Cyl plate that would suit a US warbird, 18 Cyl engine as the first row. The Zero used the Nakajima 14 cyl engine same as the Ki43 Oscar so needs a 7 cyl dummy front plate I use UMS radials. On my big warbirds. 9 Cyl 115cc for US and 7 cyl 90s for Zero and Oscar. I use animated warbirdpilots.com exclusively for my big warbirds with the RC Geeks random motion generators. Blackhorse make a great range of Models I have quite a few. Motion RC provide a fantastic service and I am a keen customer of theirs. They have the best International shipping rates around I live in OZ. Its model building time around the world for the next few months. Appreciate these unpack and build videos.

@@alphamrc309 ok thanks for reporting
@2strokeme644 жыл бұрын
I looked at the diameter of both the cowl and the fg-90-r3 in the manuals and it will fit with with about 10mm to spare. If i were building i might go with the ums 75cc 5 cylinder, will fit with more space to spare but is a bit more $$

@@yannickcoombe5420 Not really. There's some nice little planes available for 120-150 bucks. Just go look on motions website at some of the toss and boss prop planes or 64mm jets. There are some fantastic planes for less than $300. Inexpensive doesn't mean it's just crap, and expensive doesn't always guarantee quality.

@@shelbyseelbach9568 I never said that, I have been very satisfied with inexpensive tools and plane things but I have also had some bad experiences with cheap lipos and plane bits n bobs. Without a doubt you can get great deals and they will last too, but the more expensive things generally speaking are better in some cases. I have been ripped off a couple times with expensive lipos that arrived at 2.00v per cell and I received no replacement, the manufacturer didn't even reply.
