Full throttle looks above scale to me, but not nearly as bad as the warships at full throttle. This boat looked awesome in that chop, wonderful video. 👍

Had one of these for a year - brilliant model, and with a few additions, it looks so realistic. Half throttle is perfect for these, and they run very stable. Just note, good 1/20th figures are not easy to come by.

what is the situation related to the maintenance of the ship... shafts and the like? Thanks

In the aspect of shaft greasing, these are like many other boats - rubbish! Cannot remove shafts because of rudders, and cannot remove them as hidden under decking. All you can do without major surgery is oil the shafts where they go into proptube, and hope some gradually works through. It sort-of works.@@kresimirsm

@@mam362 Mainly cosmetic, some nicer tops to rails, a decent dinghy and nice crew,, which were Tamiya "pit crew!", but now 3D printed crews are a better bet. Changed ESC, and plan on adding an oiler to prop shafts. The video gives a good idea of how competent these models are.

The problem with this boat is the lack of access to the rudders, which makes it difficult to remove the prop shafts for maintenance. The early release versions of it had it but not the latest? Why remove that , access to each component is important you know and for the price of it should already have that
