Thanks for the review. Just got one and drilled it for league and jumped from a 141 (from Winter league) to 158 for the first night this season. I dropped the third game or it would have been around a 170 range....so hoping that I will keep improving with it. It def explodes when it hits the pins.

Nice going Coach C. I have a Venom Shock in the locker at the lanes. It's always ready. Mine is pin up, but not sure of the angles and pin to PAP. It is a solid performer. When it was new, it was too aggressive for me. Got some lane shine and it was better. I'll have to try and compare it to The Road.

Oh yeah it will when there is friction outside. That ball has a crazy amount of miss room. Also my rev rate is on the higher side so I create a ton of shape.

You were not doing bad at all.. You got a lot of strikes.. That ball is so versatile it lets you miss out and in and it can still get the job done..

@@badbadbowling101 My husband will only throw pin up, very high track bowler almost clips thumb hole. 2 inch pin should roll very smooth the weight block shape I think is good for that drilling.

@@badbadbowling101 Have 2 inch pin Venom Blue Corel I did pin above ring finger and cg next to ring finger smooth rolling hits hard.

Dude I think on heavy oil with that ball I would shoot 800. I would be able to start way right, and really hit it at the bottom.

@@badbadbowling101 only problem I’ve found is that it sometimes doesn’t kick out the corner pin on heavy volumes…otherwise it is definitely the one. When I’m thinking through my arsenal for a tourney, it’s always 1st no matter what!

@@badbadbowling101 mine is pin up and I’m very aggressive with it down and in, love the explosion it creates. I’ve been thinking about getting another one and making it pin down.
