Ok. So I have been literally in bed for 2 days with depression that worsens when I get my period. I head this audii yesterday for a while and today I head it for 49 minutes. Suddenly I got up and opened an old box full of materials to make candels that I found the other day as I was organizing my house. Guess who is making candels as we speak. Thank you for uploading this. And I will keep listening because I am a severe procastinator and I suffer from depression. People who is doubting if it works. Just give it a try.

@Nobody but 239 There may be help for you through the university. Look into whether Student Services offers counseling. If not, is there an adviser or other department where you can explain your living conditions, particularly the physical abuse? Decades ago I was having a hard time adjusting to the transition to campus life. I had some sessions with the (student/training) therapists on campus, and it really helped shift my focus to a better path. Since then I've sought therapy especially when going through various life changes. Hope it gets better for you.

Honestly I don't know what you've done to me, I was tired, no motivation, feeling guilty about the state of the house so came into KZbin to find a motivation hypnosis, clicked on this one, wasn't sure about the subliminal. Tried to rest while I listened but then read articles on motivation and fighting fatigue - several pages stated to drink more water so at the 20 minute mark I paused and got myself a glass of water. Then noticed my plants needed water, poured the water into them instead, poured myself another. Then noticed that there were dishes ready to go away, dirty dishes - loaded the dishwasher. Decided to use the bathroom, noticed the mess in there, picked up that, swept the floor, put a load of washing on. All in less than 10 minutes!! I've been procrastinating this stuff all day because I thought it would take too long.

I see there are currently about 957K views of this video. Pretty sure that over the last 5 years I contributed about half of those views 😂. Of all the subliminal and self hypnosis videos I’ve listened to on KZbin, this is one that I feel really does have an affect on me. Maybe it’s placebo? But I don’t think so. I have now been listening to this every night, when I go to bed, for around 6 weeks. I don't have a show home however, as at today, there are no dishes in my kitchen sink and I cooked dinner (rather than taking a packet out of the fridge and putting it in the microwave). If you visited my home you could come in, sit down and the sofas are more or less toy free. I didn't feel this was a "quick fix" but I do feel and act differently. By the way, as an end note, I'm cleaning out and washing my car on a weekly basis ... I've never done that before! Thank you. Just need one that helps me lose weight now please ....

i am an extreme procrastinator and i am very lazy. But I don't really like to think of it as lazy, just more of not having the strong enough will to do something, or anything at all. I've found what can help, is if you're listening to this subliminal/ using it, then telling yourself 'i can do this' and 'im going to get up and do this' etc can help you become alot more productive. Just wanted to share my advice!

Crazy thing, but I actually listen to this while working. It's just playing in the back ground. It actually helps. Maybe the placebo effect but I'll take it. My job is boring and I have way too much free time. Staying on track is HARD but this really does help.

oh my goodness, I can not believe the difference this has made. First I have to tell you I have fibro, so I listened to the one for chronic pain first, it helped,so then I thought I would use one for the panic attacks I have been having, helped, So feeling a bit better and panic free I thought I would listen to this one. To get done what I have gotten done in the three sessions I have listened to this today , would have taken me a week maybe more otherwise. I have a 900 sq foot basement that is my art room. It has also been the dumping station since we moved in 6 months ago. My shelves are cleaned and organized, I have a floor, not just patches.This has been amazing. I will pay for it tomorrow from the pain, but heh i'll just listen to the one for pain over and over till its gone. I am a believer. There were a few places that I thought I heard a voice. Something like a very far off radio playing in another part of the house. i just wanted to tell you this is amazing. I am going to make this my new habit. look out 2016 I have a new weapon.

That is called Agoraphobia. There are medications that can help, but they can be addictive, and in the long run they just hurt you. but the #1 thing that helps is exposure therapy. It's very unpleasant to begin with, but it works FAST. I'm right here with you domi. It's really hard to force yourself to do something that makes you feel like you're having a panic attack or something.

I do feel this subliminal is helping but there is a big emotional hump to get over in getting rid of 'stuff'. ♡♡♡YES !!! HOW CAN WE STOP CHAOS FROM ENTERING OUR LIVES? STOP BAD PEOPLE FROM KNOCKING ON MY FRONT DOOR? I only leave my home 3 times per month to avoid toxic people! I even walk from 11 p.m. until 2 a.m. and they will follow me to my home insisting I allow them in to sleep. One mistake last week cost me $500 in cleaning and one whole week doing nothing but trying to repair the damage to the home and doors.

The only thing that motivates me is caffeine! And as I do not like coffee I drink lots of soda which has made me gain a lot of weight. So hopefully this will work and I can stop drinking soda and get motivated to clean my house! I will try it for a few weeks

How do you go about it when there are several ones that you're needing, but you need the main focused one overnight! And have other ailments that come along with the main ailment. It's been helping today was a real challenge for me! Suffering from opiod addiction from my back & fibro issues, tried doing MAT and now I just want to be done with EVERYTHING! I'm a single.mother of 2 children 12&14 the 14yo is special needs! That has been the only thing holding me back from going forward with it, not being able to care for my kiddos properly. The depression of having to take something everyday was taking a toll on me, and the weight I had gained from the medication was making my back issues hurt even more than before! I just want to be done with everything so I can be happy and myself again! I know the pain will be tbere, hoping your videos will help! But how do I fit them all in?

I started Microdosing lsd this week and today was my 2nd dosage. I took it around 10 A.M. and then I ran/walked 4 miles. I was exhausted. Once I got home (around 11 A.M.) all I wanted to do was shower and take a nap. I listened to this for about 20 minutes and I got up from bed, cooked, cleaned the kitchen and living room, and now I’m about to study for a couple of hours (I’m in college). I don’t know if this urge to do everything is because of the lsd or because of this video... maybe even a combination but nonetheless, thank you.

Listening to these subliminals is a much healthier, more sustaining way of getting motivation. The micro doses will stop working and you'll need more and more to get the same effect.
