There isn''t anything quite so negative as being terrified of the image of what a person believes is an all-powerful ... judge-mental GOD ... that in turn ... has the power to inflict your soul with eternal suffering in an afterlife. “I act as if God exists, and I’m terrified he might.” ~ Jordan Peterson In one of Jordan's later podcasts ... when questioned about his comment “I act as if God exists, and I’m terrified he might" ... Jordan tried to backtrack by suggesting that when he made that statement ... he was half joking ... when the truth of that matter is ... those who believe in the existence of a god NEVER ... EVERY joke about what they are certain is THE most serious subject matter concerning the *REASON for their very existence.
