These videos help me so much. I’m 32 and going through one of the toughest times of my life. My husband fell at work a few months back and sustained a serious head injury. I am a new mom to a now 11 month old and battled postpartum depression for the first few months of his life. And we’re going bankrupt. I own my life and still creating a better version every day. We will all face set backs and some even feel like your world is falling apart.
