Great vid as usual lads. Stoked that the GR has taken on the AM scene. The misconception around "spring preload" on a linear rate spring is confusing though and often spoken about but never refuted. Ive had the lads from MCA tell me for years that the linear rate springs don't need to have their "preload adjusted" and this makes total sense. You only need to make sure that the spring does not pop out of its seat on maximum droop. Adjusting the spring perches to compress the spring does not technically change the "preload" or spring rates. Perhaps though it was just the use of the terms that confused me.

Was the feeling in the old setup that it needed more front camber? I seem to remember you could get -2.5 deg with the Whiteline camber bolts? You’ve also made a change to toe at the same time so it’ll be hard to evaluate what change has done what? Try to take some tyre temps (inside, middle and outside) during your next WP event. It might help the evaluation. Glad to see you weren’t trying to slam it for the stance!

Can you adjust shock length in the rear?

Ummm, you’re supposed to unladen the suspension, disconnect sway bars and use corner weights. Some use wedge, some use left/right balance, I’ll leave that to you- plenty of sae articles to support either.

With the rear shocks being inverted, does this essentially add sprung mass to the rear end ?

The opposite. The rod side is down reducing unsprung weight

Normally motive videos are on my short list. I’m only two and a half minutes into the video and two of my biggest annoyances have already occurred. If you want dampening, get a spray bottle. If you want adjustable preload, don’t. Preload is only relevant when tires are transitioning from tires interfacing with pavement to not interfacing. Also with coilover dampers with adjustable ride height, based on lower mount position, those units have limited suspension travel. Compare this to a damper that is a single piece design please.

Base height adjustable rollovers seem great at first. They have much much less overall compression/droop travel and the bumpstops can't be used to stop the tyre going through the wheel arches... In reality they just allow the manufacturer to use universal components. There's a reason Holstein/ohlins etc don't manufacturer them, they are inferior in every way
