Moto Cot Tent Camping /Aprilia Tuareg 660/Kakadu Blockout Cot Tent

I've been a fan of ultralight camping since the mid 1970's and this is not that, but it's very cool. The older I get, the more of a challenge it is to go ultralight camping. My current solution is a lay-flat asymmetrical hammock. It's easier to find two trees in the places I usually camp than a flat spot for a small tent, and it's a pain for my old body to crawl around on the ground to sleep in a tent. This cot tent is a viable option for many moto camping enthusiasts who have larger bikes and don't ride off road. I always love seeing how other people moto camp, and what equipment they choose. Yes i hear ya, hammock camping is pretty nice. This cot tent is defiantly not for every moto outing.

I like the experiment. Are you going to stick with it? I finally settled on the Big Agnes Blacktail Hotel 2 Bikepack Tent and have been satisfied with it.
