Suggestion - replace your tent pegs for alloy sand-style or X section. Next time you get some strong wind you'll thank me :) Edit - also worth taking at least one pole-holder, the type that takes 2 long 'nails' to hold it in place.

great tent , but can you pitch in the rain ?? some free standing tents give you that option

You can pitch any tent in the rain, however this one only pitches one way. So the inner tent would get wet before you the rainfly on.
