I have a power brick that I use to re-charge my G7 Power...so thats not as much of an issue now. My problem with the Stylus is its lack of photo support for that wide angle camera! Ill have to go G Power.

Metro does offer G power. So I had to go from g7 power to Stylus. I have to say the battery isn't an issue for me cause I charge it a lot anyway when I can. Also I don't have to worry about storage

I'm the exact opposite. I used to buy all my phones unlocked but then I had a phone stolen from me and they either pawned it off or they trash it once they couldn't unlock it. I had a carrier phone stolen from me before (same dormitory ironically enough) but that phone was recovered since the thieves didn't see any resale value in it.

Both phones are great. I have both and just changed my SIM card back and forward. There is a small difference but not as bad as many people will think. Now the Moto G Power I do enjoy the camera and the battery life more. But both are awesome phones. Good stock experience not to much bloatware other than a few apps. Having the stock Android experience is always better...

@@valo_141x It can depending on usage. If you're a heavy user (All Day gaming, videos, and/or social media with lots of "screen on" time), that might be only two of extra of battery life. That probably wouldn't be noticeable. A light user however (using it just for calls and texts), might see 2 to 3 days of extra battery life over the Stylus. That would certainly be noticeable. Based on my rough average usage with my G Power (calls, texting, web browsing, light gaming, and lots of KZbin video's with "casting" most of those to a smart tv), I use about 25% battery per day (give or take 5% in either direction). So if I go from 100% battery to 0%, that should last me 4 days (of course, I start charging when it's around 25% or below. So I never see that full 4 days). If my rough math is right and assuming the G Power and Stylus use the same amount of power for the same task, I could run almost a full extra day over the G Stylus. 3.2 days on the Stylus instead of the 4 I can get with the Power. Of course, I dont have the G Stylus to prove my math but it should be roughly in the ball park. So based on "my" usage, I would say there's a noticeable difference. ___________________________ Random boring rough math that could be wrong and is assuming both phones use identical amount of power for the same tasks: 5000 mAh (G Power Battery) * 25% (usage per day) = 1250 mAh used per day. 5000 mAh / 1250 mAh (per day)= 4 days of usage 4000 mAh (Stylus Battery) / 1250 mAh = 3.2 days of usage

The Stylus has a better camera, twice the internal storage and a stylus in exchange for less battery life. I'm content with the Stylus.

G power all day. The battery is boss and honestly, the stylus is not as accurate. It's like using an extra finger over an accurate pen. Plus, the power has better front facing camera qualities. Not to mention it is cheaper.

I went with Moto G stylus BECAUSE... Of the double storage for game and video's and the camera feature and the battery is really important if you want to play a lot of games it just makes you play last longer and the stylus is kinda good if you have greesy finger's witch helps me when I'm done playing for hours on games and I got the styles for only $100 so yeah lol.

I bought the G Stylus 5 days ago and Im kinda disappointed. No turbo charger so it takes awhile to charge the battery to 💯! It also has NOT lasted more than 14 Hours after fully charging! That is pretty disappointing in itself! I hate that there's no back button.. you gotta swipe the sides to GO BACK.... But sometimes you end up scientist doing it while your in the middle of doing something else 😑 can be annoying! The indigo blue color & storage is all I like 😔

I almost bought the Sylist, but many reviewers kept saying the 2020 Power was their choice. The 2020 Power has stereo and the 2021 power and stylist do not have stereo speakers, a deal breaker.

The question is do you really need the stylus. In the past I had the LG Stylo and I didnt really use the stylus that much, just when drawing. So I would pick the G Power. Battery life is more important.

they do have face unlock its just not pixel or iphone style. it's not as secure since it doesn't actively scan your face it's more like it just guesses its you.

The extra storage wouldn't affect gaming performance at all, only how many games it could hold :) They both have identical processors, RAM, and displays, the things that would affect gameplay.

For me, the big question is whether they both offer Turbocharge or not, which I didn't hear you cover. I had the G7 Power and have the G8 Fast and I sure missed the 3 amp Turbocharge of the G7 Power. (Actually my Fast now Turbocharges too after installing the stock RETUS OS [from mirrors.lolinet.com] and rooting [just installing the RETUS was probably the culprit] if I plug into a 3 amp charger, but it didn't out of the box [I have the Boost version]).

I just picked up the stylist and I can tell you gaming sucks on it,it won't even load the games most of the time I never had that trouble with my LG k40 and I was on network I wasn't on Wi-Fi, anybody else have that problem?

I can get 2 days or more of battery with mine. I think it charges fairly quickly too. As far as the back button, the is a way to change to the 3 buttons at the bottom of that is what you want.

Probably not but in those apps you should have the option to enable pen stabilization to help with straight smooth lines. I hope this answered your question :-)
