Moto G has always been really compelling for it's price, gen 1 was my first smart phone and gen 2 is the one I'm using right now after I lost the first in an accident beyond my control. This one looks even more awesome, I'll likely be upgrading later on in the year.

"This is the 8gb model, but who cares when you've got microSD expansion." Um...apps still take up a sizable amount of internal storage even when they're installed to removable storage. Not to mention most social media and Google apps can't be moved and take up a ton of space. 8gb internal is not sufficient in 2015, neither is 16gb. I know this is a budget phone but flash storage is so cheap, I can't fathom why 32gb hasn't become the default minimum for all phones.

Watching on the first gen also had it for about a year and a half now Speed is still snappy since its basically stock Android Battery life hasn't failed me yet 720p display (still looks fantastic) Camera is OK nothing to brag about but it'll get the job done No 4g lte bummer No SD card slot But for the price point who really gives a shit about those cons

Ryan Amberger I once read some article about how microSD cards are bottlenecking performance. But in the end I think it is just about the money. By leaving the option for cheap storage expansion out they can charge more for the internal storage. Now Samsung has ditched the microSD slot in their latest flagship, I think the slots are unfortunately only a feature for the lower end smartphones in the future.

I believe mainly it's the way their music is set up. The whole iTunes deal is too complex to be able to incorporate expandable memory. But I also believe they should give us even more memory to make up for the lack of this feature. The iPhones' prices grow exponentially as memory doubles which is stupid.

So knowing how many comments and likes and notifications you get, you probably haven't seen my other two comments but here I am asking again for you to please choose me for the 12 inch Retina Display Macbook. And heres a recap of what I'd use it for. 1- My AP classes and for all the essays I do 2- Video Editing as it is one of my classes and I don't like going to the library and doing those things there and or using my friends computer because mine broke a week before school ended 3- Because being a human that can't afford a new computer with out having to work another shift that isn't there sucks. And seeing others that can afford it get it is a bummer. 4- Because its a nice laptop and I will put it to good use for a good time. As always stay dank my friend... Hey Lew, the phone has a 720p resolution not 1080p. It said "HD" on the box which typically denotes 720p, where FHD is 1080p. I've double checked and everywhere else lists it as 720p. Otherwise another great video!

I love this phone. Only issue was the small internal storage which has been fixed since android 6.0 now allows sd cards to behave like internal storage....I would buy this phone again right away!! Top motion functions (Shake for lamp, twist for camera), good camera, waterresistant, and gorilla glass. I droped it multiple times but nothing happened.

I'm not a big fan of expandable storage because (with my experience[using a LTE Z998]) it is very limited as to what it is used for without manually moving things around which is a pain and can cause some problems. So with the S6 active I'm getting the non removable back isn't an issue with 32 GB of space. (Compared to 2 [built in] plus 16 [expandable]

Yes you can add a microSD unlike the '13 model, but you would still be better off with 16Gb internally as most Android apps cannot install to external microSD.
