I had display line in my g52 in October after security update... And i visited the same service centre - "syscomp service center at salt lake"... But surprisingly i had a wonderful experience there.. they replaced my display within 30mins under warranty without any charge...

Contact realme customer support & request them for a physical damage recheck & see if they negotiate for customer satisfaction. Some good brands negotiate & agree to give service after posting/tagging on X (i.e. twitter) or calling to customer support for advance resolution. If these steps doesn't bring you free replacement then you have only one option left that is taking the matter to consumer court if you're confident about your case.

That was dust settlements. Very normal if you use your phone with case. Not a physical damage, That's something different. This has nothing to do with the issue I was facing.

After facing the green & pink line issue, I posted the same on the moto community from there I got a reply that I should go to the nearest service centre & they ll check my device to attempt repair. Then on the reply I again posted that the problem started after the last update hence motorola is only responsible for this concern hence we should boycott them as it's a trap from them for us to lose our pockets. After this reply I got a new reply from motorola lenovo that they have arranged to service such a device for free even if it's out of warranty. I visited the service center with the screenshot of the above said conversations. I asked them about my concern, the desk woman said u hv to pay 9k to have this repair. Then I showed her the screen shot, then called some one & talked for a few mins. Later a boy came from inside and inspected my device, told me u ll get the service free but it will take up to 20 days to 30 days. They gave me a form to fill, I did the same and had the device submitted to them. After 10 days I got a call from kolkata that I need to whatsapp the bill to her as the bill is missing. I instantly sent her the pdf and after 5 days she called me & told me ur device is ready and we r sending it to ur local service point please collect it after 2 days. On nxt day I got a call from my local service centre to collect my device. And I got it prepared totally free of cost.

Have done everything I could do regarding this matter, Their statement is display replacement doesn't happen without frame. It's like the whole unit at least for them. I've used several brands for years but haven't had such an awful experience. Motorola's after sale support in india is one of the third classes regardless of the product quality & innovation.

Those are crappy guys working there. Depressed may be because of work & company pressure. Their face may not display the same. They don't give value on customer's time. They want customers to feel the same depression as they are in. Unresponsible. They are always after a minimum scratch or mark on the device. They feel disgusted if no minimum issues are found to raise a debate. Brand is controlling this game from behind the curtain. It's not about this service center. Almost 3 out of 5 service centers in india have this issue right now. I think Our Respective Govt. Should take action on it.,

I purchased moto g72 in Dubai after phone update i got green line and its keep increased day by day Phone was in india i gift my family So took it back to dubai and submitted to service centre they changed display free of cost After that after two month agian phone software update came I updated phone again same issue but now phone out of warranty i purchased jan 2023 but still they said they can fix if that is software issue because phone doesn't have any dent or scratch they are saying this is only happening because of software update so why we pay for software update issue getting green, anyways they are saying bring again back phone from india to dubai to get service they will downgrade the software and it will be fine last time they change display and i don't know only software downgrade will solve the issue, 😢

You can visit service center but they will charge half the price of that phone. So not Worth repairing it from service center. So you can visit a trusted local service center shop to repair it. Make sure they provide original or 1st copy of the display.

Whoever facing green line issue go to nearest service centre submit your phone tell them to send free display replacement request then complaint this on government consumer forum with the jobsheet from service centre and also call regional manager of Motorola from service centre there you will find his phone no. and tell him the issue...Motorola will then give you free display replacement...thanks me later

I've tried to do the same. No co-operation from service centre. They didn't even provide moto customer care number. Regional manager is far behind. Apart from that moto doesn't even have direct calling to executive facility where customers can lodge complaints. The only step is consumer forum. I don't know how many people afford to run around consumer forum for this issue.

My moto g52 had green line issue 3 times. After 2 free replaces the 3 rd time they say that the company rule is to change it only on chargable basis. I filed a complaint againt the company in consumer court and they have asked to find users with similar issue with the model and file the complaint. So this can become a big issue and sue the company. Please reply for the comment if u can

Same green line issue happened with OnePlus 9 series. So, they replaced screen for the device and when there were no available parts then they took old hone and provided voucher money. The user can use those voucher discount on next purchase. Motorola really sucks.

If you have installed the faulty updates but the green line issue has not appeared yet, it means that you still have some time to save your phone from green line issue that can happen in near future. Go Get your phone rooted , change the OS , it will completely erase all the updates and save your phone from green line issue. Remember once the green line issue happens then there will be no parmanent solution, even if you change your screen, the green line comes back after a few months. So hurry and get your phones rooted, change the OS and save your phone. Be sure that the root process should be done carefully and correctly. Don't care about your warranty, that's of no use.

I've used Several realme devices personally & after selling this greenline G52, Brought another realme ❤️ I remember One of my friend gave me realme 3 smartphone around 2 years back for emergency purpose & that phone had shattered display which was coming out of frame but was still working fine which proves the component quality. That's why back then realme claimed themselves no.1 quality smartphone brand.

Warranty or out of warranty ki baat to tab aati hai jab user ne kharaab kiya ho, yaha to Company ne phones khud kharaab kiye hai faulty software update se. Isliye phone warranty me ho ya bina warranty phone me dent ho ys nahi, Agar Green lines aayi hai to Company ki responsibility hai free of cost Display change karna. In past i had good experience with moto but now i'll never buy any moto mob. How can a company be so disloyal to it's loyal consumers. Very bad behaviour by Motorola. Once iPhone sent a bad software to it's customers and their phones slowed down , later iPhone apologized to customers and gave them free repair service without asking about warranty. Bad Behaviour by Motorola. Motorola was about to capture mobile market again but now i think motorola will soon fall back. Such selfish companies can't survive in market for too long.

Same green-pink lines are coming in G72 after 1.4yrs. Syscomp said its a common problem but wont replace for free, asked 8k. Moto has become a thug company. Knowingly inducing issues in the phone so that people buy new Moto phn. Boycott this brand.

Kyon ki brand apne "warranty policies" ko ek raksha kawaj ki tarah use kar rahi he.. Terms & condition me yeh sab brands chote chote aksaro me likhti hain ki "slightly dent ya discoloration etc. Parne pad brand warranty k liye reject kar sakhti he" yeh lagbhag sabhi brands likhti he. Isliye in logo ke upar koi bhi legal action lena muskil he.. lekhin iss tarah se business zyada din nahi kiya ja sakta.. at the end customers he ultimate judge he.

First of all: yeh problem software ka nahi hain.. hardware ka hain.. agar software k karan bhi device main issue aati hain then wo log device dent etc. Reason dikhake apke device ko out of warranty declare kar de rahe hain.. "video" mein voice recording part thik se suniye fir pata chalega apko.. therefore galti kitna bhi brand ke kyon na ho.. eh faltu - ghatiya 😡 log 80% device ko ayse he service nahi de rahe he.. & Second of all: yes, agar log ak sath milke is brand ki against kade hote he, then brand ko issue solve karna padega.. that's why share this video as much as possible so that it reaches top.
