I talked to the customer care executive of Levono Motorola and they asked me to send the phone to the service centre. My phone was out of warranty, but still I requested that my phone be in good condition without any scratches or dents. They did it on a special case as the issues were only green lines. They did it for free. And now it's running okay. You should do that.

They don't do free replacement that's fake news, I spoke to Moto Help too. They dismiss it as water damage and ask you to pay for new screen which gets 0 warranty. Was planning to use this phone phone long-term. Thanks Motorola for stealing my money
