Hard to believe this phone costs $80 at Walmart and comes with a very nice presentation box. The Verizon version costs $129.99 and comes with a cheap box. I'll go with the Boost version 👌🏽

Yeah for the $80 price tag you can't beat it definitely a great purchase in my opinion. And the phone will work on either boost mobile or sprint service also. I picked up another one just as a back up and using it under wifi at home..to good of a deal to just get one...lol

I checked out Walmart and there is no Moto G6 Play for 80 bucks. LOL. They are all close to 200 bucks. G6 regular is 249.00 about. Best buy G6 Play is also about 200 bucks. It's nice phone but 80 bucks...nah. Not even at Walmart unless this guy got a Boost deal.

Might've been looking at the Verizon version? I got my G6 Play almost a week ago from Walmart for $80 but you have to ask in store. They don't have that deal online and neither does Boost though Boost did have it for $80 online for a week to celebrate Memorial Day or something.

It's a very good budget phone and if enough people are aware of it I think it's going to be a very good seller across several providers. Nice video and very clear speaking voice. If you don't mind one suggestion however, between the intro and title and the first few minutes, it probably wasn't necessary to say, "Moto G6 Play" so much after that. I think people got what it was by that point. 😉

Overall, my wife's E5 Play is a better phone than my G6 Play. Hers lacks the print sensor, the big battery and a few other things, but it is noticeably faster. With Wifi, web pages load about a second faster. Using cell data, my phone sometimes fails to load pages at all if I don't have good cell signal strength. If you value a usable device over gee whiz features, save $20 and get the E5.

The battery is amazing. It easily lasts me all day(about 18 hours). I don't game, I use Red Cross and emergency government app's as well as all the Google stuff. FirstNet on AT&T

Whoa whoa whoa buddy false advertisement at 9:25 you DO NOT get those updates. I bought a g5plus unlocked for.250 when it dropped I'm.still on 7.0 and I have an old g4 play on Verizon that somehow got 7.1 before my G5 plus I mean there good phones but you so don't get updates!!!

You still get security updates every 2-3 months. Better than nothing. Also Motorola won't release Oreo for the G5 Plus before the E5/G6 series hits the market. They're in the business of selling new phones.

Oscar Silva you just buy the box, no paperwork or anything. You activate it after you leave the store. Took me about 5 mins to buy mine.

Oscar Silva I purchased one on the Verizon network which is more expensive but I can almost guarantee it would be the same for boost Mobile. I asked a Walmart employee to open the case and get the phone, then we walked to the register and rang it up. He didn't ask for any information. Just like if you walked in bought a soda, paid for it and left. All the activation stuff is done after you turn the phone on for the first time. It was a very simple process. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask.

Jim Bean TFT refers to the kind of screen the phone is. For example there is LCD, LED, OLED, IPS, TFT, which TFT is found on cheaper devices. Can't remember what TFT stands for. Almost any phone will have Gorilla Glass nowadays.

I have had this phone for just under a month. This phone has very slow data connection. This is a common occurrence with other users as well. It is a great phone if you only want to make calls there are other problems also. Glitchy screen and the screen protector that boost Mobile sold me don't fit the screen. I didn't get a screen protector in the box. I hate this phone so much that I am going back to my two year old Samsung. Buyer beware.
